Council is developing a new Active Transport Plan which aims to investigate the requirements for improving the network of facilities in Narrandera Shire for walking and cycling. The new strategy will allow Council to prioritise new footpath, shared path and cycleway projects, as well as assist to secure external funding for projects. The development of the plan is proudly funded by NSW Government.
Everyone is encouraged to complete a short survey on the key issues affecting walking or cycling in the Narrandera Shire, including Barellan and Grong Grong.
Those completing the survey will have the option to go in the draw for a $100 Shop Local voucher.
