Introduction

This application relates to the re-categorisation of land (with the exception of farmland) for rating purposes only. Section 523 of the Local Government Act 1993 states that a Council may review a declaration that a parcel of land is within a particular category because it has reason to believe that a parcel of land should be differently categorised. This categorisation does not affect the zoning or subdivision potential of this property under Council’s Local Environmental Plan.
