At its February 2025 Meeting, Council resolved to place the draft s7.12 Local Infrastructure Contributions Plan 2025 on public exhibition. 

The draft plan will replace the existing s94a Contribution Plan 2014 and the s94 Contribution Plan Pine Hill 1994. 

Any interested person may, within the aforementioned period, lodge a written submission to the Council with respect to the proposed plan. 

Submissions close 4pm. Thursday 20 March 2025. 

Persons making submissions should be aware that their submissions may be the subject of an information request under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 - the GIPA Act. The Counci will treat each request according to the provisions of the Act and Regulation. A submitter may request that the Council redact any identifying details from their submission before releasing that submission.
